Our “No Fuss” Money-Back Guarantee

We’re not happy unless you are. That is why we stand behind our products — and your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

If you are not 100% happy with your order, you have a full 90 days from the date of your purchase to return any or all of it for a full refund on all items returned (some conditions apply — see below).

Our “No Fuss” Guarantee means we will happily refund your money with no fuss, no matter your reason for the return. The only thing we ask is that you share your reason — it helps us improve and serve you and others better in the future.

Return requirements and exclusions

The only conditions for a full refund on returned products are:

• We can only refund items that are returned to us.
• In most circumstances we cannot refund product you have already consumed — only unopened packages.
• Products need to be returned in the same paper wrap or packaging we sold them in. If they are not in our packaging, we may refuse a refund.
• Returned items must match an order placed within 90 days of your purchase date.
• Refunds on delivery charges for returned products are addressed on a case-by-case basis; we may or may not refund delivery charges.
