If you are not 100% happy with your order. You have a full 90 days from date of your purchase to return any or all of your order for a full refund on all items returned (some conditions apply).
Our "No fuss" Guarantee means we will happily refund your money with no fuss, no mater your reason for the return. The only thing we will ask is if you could share your reason. This will help us make improvements to better serve you and others in the future.
Product Return requirements and exclusions
The only conditions we have for a full refund on returned products are listed below:
We will only be able to refund you on items returned to us
In most circumstances we will not be able to refund you on product/meat you already consumed, only un-opened packages
Products or meat/produce needs to be returned in the same paper rap or package we sold it in. If it's not in our packaging we "may" refuse a refund
Items returned need to match to an order you made within 90 days of your purchase date
Refund on any shipping or delivery charge for returned products or meat will be address on a case by case basis. We may or may not refund any delivery charges
