Description

The fullest beef flavour we sell — a well-marbled ribeye that stays juicy off a hot cast-iron pan or the grill. It doesn’t need much: salt, pepper, high heat, and a good rest. From cattle we raised ourselves, grass- and forage-fed and never given hormones.
