The steakhouse classic — a firmer bite than a ribeye but every bit as flavourful, with an edge of fat that crisps beautifully on the grill. Two steaks per pack, cut a generous 7/8" thick. Raised without antibiotics or added hormones, the way we’d feed our own family.
